We have a few apartments available for short term let in Newcastle City Centre.

Each are of high quality, fully furnished 2 bed (or 1 bed) executive flats, all inclusive (with 42 inch flat screen tv and wifi internet), ensuite bathroom (depending on apartment) to the master bedroom and a separate bathroom for the second bedroom.  They come with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. All are fully functional unit. Free secure parking available.
 
5 - 8 mins walk from the main train station in the city centre location. 

All our apartments are available as holiday let or for business trips. Uunfortunately we do not cater to hen or stag nights. 
No parties are allowed either as all our apartments are located in residential area, and we have to keep the noise level down to the minimum.

Staying at our apartments are far more comfortable than staying at hotels because you get your own space to lounge, and you are able to prepare dinner, which is crucial for those who are health conscious. More importantly you get to eat in comfort on a dining table rather than on a small hotel table/counter top. Also if you have a family with young kids or baby, it is not feasible to stay at hotels.

Please note that if you require accomodation over a long duration, or Mon-Fri for corporate clients, kindly contact us ASAP because we cannot guarantee availability at a short notice. This is because we tend to get bookings of few days in between the weeks which means we may not be able to provide the dates that you require.

We do require a non-refundable booking deposit to block the dates because others may be able to book anytime over the live system on various websites.

A maximum of 4 adults allowed for our 2 bed apartments.
A maximum of 2 adults allowed for our 1 bed apartments.

There are lifts available at all locations.
